Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) combines the medical use of ketamine with structured psychotherapeutic support to help create rapid, meaningful shifts in how the mind and body process depression, anxiety, trauma, and stuck patterns. Unlike traditional talk therapy alone, ketamine can temporarily loosen rigid thought patterns and defenses, opening a window where deep insight, emotional release, and lasting change become more accessible.
I offer both dosing sessions and integration support, tailored to what each client needs:
-
Psycholytic (lower) doses — supporting insight-oriented, talk-based processing while still in an altered state
-
Psychedelic (higher) doses — supporting deeper, more immersive experiences with less verbal processing during the session itself
-
Preparation sessions to help you set intentions and feel resourced going in
-
Integration sessions to help translate the experience into real, grounded change in daily life
I completed my training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Polaris Insight Center and Journey Clinical, both leading programs in the field, so you can feel confident you're working with someone grounded in both the clinical and therapeutic sides of this work.
If you're looking for a supported, structured path toward healing — one that goes beyond conventional talk therapy — Ketamine-Assisted Therapy may be a powerful option to explore together.
